Chara means Joy
Agape
I represented Agape by four hearts in an intricate pattern or a cross within a heart.
We are called as Christ followers to live a life of love. First and foremost we are to love God with our whole being. Body, mind, soul and strength. We need to love ourselves as God created us and we should appreciate our unique design. We are called to love our neighbor, all those God places in our live, as we love ourselves. We are to consider others needs before our own needs. This is how Jesus came and expressed God’s love towards us. He came as a Servant King, serving rather than demanding. Loving us before we loved Him. He even sacrificed His life to allow us to have a relationship with a holy God. This is who we are to be like. Jesus came to give us the perfect example to follow. God loves us with Agape love.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 &13 (NLT) Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. Three things will last forever—faith, hope, and love—and the greatest of these is love.
