Anchor

Anchor is represented by an anchor.

God is our anchor that we must cling to in the storms of our life, He has promised to be there , that we can turn to Him, and trust that He knows what is happening and He is in charge. He knows what is best for us. Life can be scary! Remember that God loves us, and when we trust that in the storms, He will be the anchor. We won’t be overwhelmed, we can face any uncertainty. He is walking right next to us and even carrying us through the hard rough terrain of life. He is a strong trustworthy anchor for our souls.

 Romans 10:13 (NLT)  "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

 Hebrews 6:17-20 (NLT)  So God has given both his promise and his oath. These two things are unchangeable because it is impossible for God to lie. Therefore, we who have fled to him for refuge can have great confidence as we hold to the hope that lies before us. This hope is a strong and trustworthy anchor for our souls. It leads us through the curtain into God’s inner sanctuary. Jesus has already gone in there for us. He has become our eternal High Priest in the order of Melchizedek.
